Yes, we recommend a permanent internet connection for streaming on your TV such as a fibre or Starlink connection. We don’t recommend streaming off a WIFI hot spot as it can be unreliable.
Yes, we can fix this. First, we need to assess the cause, as it could be a faulty router, line fault, WIFI interference, or poor Wi-Fi coverage. One of our technicians would need to come onsite to investigate.
This actually depends on your needs. One of our TV technicians would speak with you and get more background about the things you currently watch on Sky and would recommend specific streaming apps to use instead.
