Yes, this can be quite tricky. We use the ‘Move to iOS’ app to transfer all your data from your android phone to an iPhone. Sometimes we need to do additional work, as the software may not transfer 100% of your data.
This depends on the age of your iPhone. If your iPhone is older than 5 years, we recommend upgrading it to a newer iPhone. If your iPhone is very slow and is still under warranty, we recommend taking it back to Apple for a replacement.
iPhones are not repaired, so if your phone is slow and outside the warranty period, we recommend purchasing a new iPhone or upgrading your iPhone on your phone plan.
